I'm a solo developer, not a support team with shifts. I read every email personally and try to respond within 24-48 hours on business days. If you email over the weekend, expect a reply early the following week.
For urgent delivery issues (like a missing GitHub invite), put "URGENT" in your subject line and I'll prioritize it.
