Refund Policy

The Short Version
No refunds after you accept the GitHub repository invitation.
Once you have access to the repository and can view the workflow files, the product has been fully delivered. Because digital products can be copied instantly, we cannot offer refunds after delivery is complete.
Why This Policy Exists
Our products are digital files—n8n workflow JSON templates delivered via private GitHub repository. Unlike physical goods, digital products can be copied in seconds. Once you have repository access, you have the complete product. We cannot "take back" a digital file.
This policy protects both of us: it keeps prices fair for honest customers and ensures we can continue creating quality workflows.
When You Can Get a Refund
We will issue a full refund in these situations:
Before Repository Access
If you request a refund before accepting the GitHub invitation (typically within a few minutes of purchase), we will issue a full refund. Contact us immediately at bottysplur@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number.
Delivery Failure
If we fail to deliver your product—for example, if the GitHub invitation never arrives due to a technical issue on our end and we cannot resolve it—you will receive a full refund.
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon request.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
We cannot offer refunds in these situations:
After Repository Access
Once you accept the GitHub invitation and can access the repository, the product has been delivered in full. No refund is available regardless of reason.
"Changed My Mind"
After delivery, we cannot refund because you decided you don't need the workflow, found an alternative, or no longer want to use n8n.
Compatibility Issues
We document system requirements for each workflow. If the workflow doesn't work due to an incompatible n8n version, missing required services, or issues with your specific setup, we will try to help but cannot offer a refund.
"Not What I Expected"
Each product listing includes detailed descriptions of what's included. Review these carefully before purchase. We cannot refund because the product differs from assumptions not stated in the listing.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at bottysplur@gmail.com with:
- 1. Your Gumroad order number (found in your receipt email)
- 2. The email address used for purchase
- 3. A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
We will respond within 24-48 hours on business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
Before You Buy
To avoid needing a refund, please ensure you:

- ✓ Check the FAQ for common questions
- ✓ Contact us with questions before purchasing if anything is unclear
