Before You Buy

Is this a subscription?

Nope. One-time purchase, lifetime repository access. You pay once, you get the workflow files and all future updates to that product. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no surprise invoices.

What's included in the workflow?

Each purchase includes:

  • Complete n8n workflow JSON — ready to import
  • Documentation — setup instructions, configuration guide, what each node does
  • Database schemas — SQL scripts if the workflow uses PostgreSQL
  • Updates — bug fixes and improvements via GitHub repository access

Check each product's description for specific contents. Some workflows have additional companion files.

Can I use this for client projects?

Yes. You can deploy the workflow for your clients as part of automation services you provide. The workflow runs on infrastructure you control—that's covered.

What you can't do: hand over the raw JSON file to your client or resell the template itself. The license is for your use, not redistribution.

What happens if n8n changes and breaks the workflow?

I monitor n8n releases and update workflows when breaking changes affect them. Updates are delivered through the GitHub repository.

That said, I can't guarantee instant fixes for every n8n update. The product is provided "as-is" without uptime guarantees. If n8n makes a drastic change, there may be a delay before I can adapt.

In practice, most n8n updates don't break existing workflows. When they do, I prioritize fixes.

Can I resell this workflow?

No. The license prohibits reselling, redistributing, or sharing the raw JSON files. You can't publish them publicly, package them into your own products, or sublicense to others. Violation results in immediate license termination.

Technical Questions

What version of n8n is required?

n8n 1.0 or newer is recommended for all workflows. Each product README specifies if a newer version is required.

If you're on an older version, most workflows will still work, but some nodes might behave differently or be unavailable. When in doubt, update n8n.

Can I modify the workflow?

Absolutely. Once imported, the workflow is yours to customize. Add nodes, remove nodes, change logic, connect different services—whatever you need. The only restriction is you can't redistribute your modified version to others.

Do I need other accounts or services?

Depends on the workflow. Each product description lists requirements. Common dependencies include:

  • PostgreSQL database — for workflows that store data
  • Telegram Bot — for alert delivery workflows
  • API keys — for external service integrations

Check the product listing before purchase. If unclear, ask me.

Does this work with n8n Cloud or only self-hosted?

Both. Workflows are JSON files that import into any n8n instance—cloud or self-hosted. The workflow doesn't care where it runs.

Note: Some workflows require database connections. n8n Cloud connects fine to external databases, but you'll need your PostgreSQL instance accessible from the internet (or use a managed service like Supabase, Neon, etc.).

After Purchase

How do I get updates?

Updates appear in your GitHub repository automatically. Just pull the latest version and re-import into n8n.

Tip: "Watch" the repository on GitHub (Releases only) to get notified when new versions drop.

No re-purchase needed. Ever. Your repository access is permanent.

Can I request features?

Yes, via GitHub Issues. Feature requests are welcome. I read all of them and prioritize based on demand and complexity.

No guarantees any specific request will be implemented, but popular requests often make it in.

What if I need help setting it up?

Email me at bottysplur@gmail.com with your question. Basic setup support is included.

I'll help with import issues, credential configuration questions, and workflow-specific troubleshooting.

Custom development or extensive troubleshooting of your n8n environment is outside basic support scope, but we can discuss paid consulting if needed.

I didn't get my GitHub invite. What now?

Refunds & Support

Can I get a refund?

Only before accepting the GitHub invitation.

Once you have repository access, the product is fully delivered. Digital products can be copied instantly, so no refunds after that point.

What's the response time for support?

24-48 hours on business days. I'm a solo developer, not a support team with shifts. Weekend emails get answered Monday.

For urgent delivery issues (missing GitHub invite), put "URGENT" in your subject line.

Do you offer custom development?

Sometimes. I occasionally take on freelance projects for custom workflow development.
