Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using any digital products from bottysplur ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

Products

bottysplur sells pre-built n8n workflow templates delivered as JSON files via private GitHub repositories. Each purchase includes:

  • ✓ The n8n workflow JSON file(s) as described in the product listing
  • ✓ Setup documentation and configuration guides
  • ✓ Access to the private GitHub repository for updates

License Grant

Upon purchase and payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to:

  • ✓ Deploy the workflow in your own n8n instances (self-hosted or cloud)
  • ✓ Modify and customize the workflow for your personal or business use
  • ✓ Deploy the workflow for your clients as part of services you provide
  • ✓ Use the workflow in unlimited projects you own or manage

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • ✗ Resell, redistribute, or share the raw JSON workflow files with others
  • ✗ Sublicense or transfer your license to another person or entity
  • ✗ Publish the workflow files publicly (e.g., public GitHub repos, forums, marketplaces)
  • ✗ Create derivative products for sale based primarily on our workflow templates
  • ✗ Share repository access with team members who have not purchased their own license

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license and repository access without refund.

Clarification: Client Work

To be clear: you can deploy these workflows for clients as part of automation services you provide. What you cannot do is hand over the raw JSON file to your client or resell the template itself. The workflow runs on infrastructure you control—your license covers that use.

Delivery

Products are delivered via automated GitHub repository invitation sent to the GitHub username you provide at checkout. You should receive the invitation within 5 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive it:

  • 1. Check your email spam/junk folder
  • 2. Verify you entered the correct GitHub username
  • 3. Contact us at bottysplur@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number

Updates

Bug fixes and improvements to purchased workflows are provided through the GitHub repository at no additional cost. We do not guarantee any specific update frequency or that updates will be provided indefinitely. Major new features or entirely new workflows may be offered as separate products.

Support

Email support is provided for:

  • ✓ Initial setup questions
  • ✓ Clarification of workflow functionality
  • ✓ Reporting bugs or issues with the workflow

Support does not include custom development, extensive troubleshooting of your n8n environment, or general n8n education.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

We do not warrant that our workflows will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of n8n or third-party services. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our products.

You are responsible for testing workflows in a non-production environment before deployment. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bottysplur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and revoke repository access if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the products and delete any copies in your possession. No refund will be provided for termination due to violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes that affect existing customers, we will provide notice via email.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian Law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
